Stars Shares New Single In Anticipation of Upcoming Album

Montreal, Quebec act Stars announced on Thursday that they are planning to return with a new album titled The North. The album, their sixth and newest one since their 2010 release The Five Ghosts, is due September 4th. In anticipation of the album’s release, the band has shared the first single off of the album, a synth-heavy track titled “The Track of Relativity,” which touches upon substance abuse and makes reference to an Ecstasy dealer. Since the track has been posted, it has earned an approximate 14,000 plays on SoundCloud.
