Daft Punk Reveals New Image For Musical Return

This is very exciting! Electronic music duo Daft Punk recently revealed an image to keep fans guessing about their ever-so-near return to music. The image above, was posted yesterday (February 26) by the band on their official Facebook page. The photo confirms that have signed with record label and got a deal with Columbia Records.

It is reported that the band will release their fourth studio album this coming spring. The French dance duo, which consists of Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, have left Virgin, with whom they signed in 1996. There were rumours that Daft Punk would be touring and playing several festivals this summer including Coachella and Glastonbury, but this is definitely not happening.

BBC Radio 1 DJ Rob da Bank has confirmed this saying, “We got told months ago that Daft Punk were definitely not touring next year, but it keeps the rumour mill going.”
