Imagine, the spicy Latina vocals of Shakira mixed with the R&B vocals of Ms. Barbados herself Rihanna. It seems like it is a perfect pairing, like hot and cold, vanilla and chocolate, peanut butter and jelly.
You just wont have to imagine anymore.
Released via Twitter this morning, it has been confirmed that both singers have partnered with each other to create a fantasy of music.
The anticipated single is part of Shakira’s upcoming to-be-released album. The single entitled “Can’t Remember To Forget,” featuring R&B goddess Rihanna will be available to music consumers everywhere on Monday January 13.
Shakira‘s new upcoming studio album and single will be her first English-language track and album release since her 2009’s chart smasher “She Wolf.”
For those who know me, I have always been a Shakira fan. Even though I may not understand the words she sings (I don’t speak or understand Spanish) nor can I even attempt to dance with her ability, I can truly consider myself to be a fan. (I’m actually more of a stalker than a fan, hence why I am about to randomly post a photo below just because she’s in it. )
You can catch the Colombian singer-songwriter when she makes her television return as she takes her spot back on the spinning chair on The Voice as a coach this spring.
