Welcome back to Summer Saturdays with Selena this week’s fav was one of the most fun things to do in the summer, especially if you love being on the water.
SUP, aka Stand Up Paddleboarding is a fun way to get out on the water, enjoy nature, and not to mention it is a great workout. Trust me, your whole body will feel the burn especially your arms and core!
In this segment you’ll see some of my tips and tricks for SUP’ing as I venture along the beautiful water on Lake Huron in Port Elgin Ontario (Northern Ontario). I was at a cottage where we already had paddleboards to use but there are tonnes of places that provide rentals as well.
If you want to try SUP’ing there are multiple classes you can take, and if you live close to water SUP classes are pretty acccessible. If you really want a challenge you can even try SUP Yoga (stand up paddleboard yoga), that’s next on my bucket list!
