Wale – “Black Is Gold”

After delivering the track this past Sunday, Wale decides to release the official visuals for the track, “Black Is Gold”.

The video is directed by 6ix Shooter (of Cool Kids Forever Films) and has Wale kicking it with some beautiful women as they brush, braid their hair, dance and kick up their feet while Wale raps over the D’Angelo’s Brown Sugar classic, “Lady”. As the video continues, we’re taken to various areas including the kitchen where the ladies celebrate themselves over a glass of wine. The video concludes with Wale heading off, not before the women ask him about where he’s going, but you’ll never guess where.

Wale‘s forthcoming album, “S.H.I.N.E. (Still Here Ignoring Negative Energy) will arrive sometime next year, but until then we can continue to expect more new music from the MMG emcee.
