JONES – “Valentine Virus”

JONES Valentine Sickness

East Londoner, JONES spreads a little love this Valentine’s day. She decides to cover of Royce Wood Junior‘s exceptional pop jam ‘Valentine Virus’ – which isn’t a terrible sickness you get on Feb 14th.

The cover really draws you to focus on what makes JONES the stand-out artist that she is by having her play the rendition of the song over a soft-spoken guitar, while her voice carries the songs, she sings, “there’s a Valentines virus/and I got it from you…

She recently announced the release of a new acoustic EP, set to release this Friday. The EP featuring delicate recordings of previous singles such as ‘Hoops’, ‘Melt’ and ‘Indulge’, which have already amassed over 13 million streams. In addition, will also includes two covers ‘How Deep Is Your Love’ (Calvin Harris) and ‘Valentine Virus’, as well as two brand new tracks; ‘Becoming’ and future single ‘Whole’.
