Keith Urban performed twice this week in Toronto at the Budweiser stage for the Graffiti U Would Tour. We were able to attend the second show and it was quite the spectacular event.
The night started off with Kelsea Ballerini getting the audience warmed up and hyped for the evening. She sang her biggest hits off both of her albums “First Time” and “Unapologetically”. The crowd favourite was definitely “Yeah Boy” and you could hear every person singing along even up in the lawn section. Based on how the show went, we are pretty sure she will be back headlining her own arena tours in the very near future.
After Kelsea’s set Keith Urban performed most of the songs off his latest album “Graffiti U” but also performed some crowd favourites like Somebody Like You and Somewhere In My Car. He brought out a few performers to do duets with, The first one was with Kelsea Ballerini and they performed When We Were Us which is originally performed with Miranda Lambert. Urban then brought out a sister-duo act called Larkin Poe to perform Where The Blacktop Ends.
Overall the show was great and the way the stage was set up couldn’t have been anymore crowd pleasing especially for those with lawn tickets, Urban also had the pleasure of allowing his bandmates to perform a few bars and they were incredible.
For those of you who attend a Keith Urban concert, you probably would guess that he gives away a signed guitar to a lucky fan. Well your guesses are correct, he made his way to the lawn area to perform a few songs to that part of the crowed. He then took off his guitar signed it and gave it away to a lucky fan.
We are looking forward to Urban’s next visit in Toronto as it will be another great show like this one!
